About the whole cheek missing i really don't see that but i'll try to fix that.

Oh, wait, original...How 'bout a guitar? One of those "V" shaped ones. Though I guess it's been done a few times...Maybe a...heart-shaped sword with the hilt coming out of the top part of the heart, making it also look like a spade? Cards, gambling, hearts, sounds like a succubus to me! :D

and you're already using a succubus, might as well continue down Cliche Ln. if you're this far down the path already
I think the thing with the cheek is that she has really no chin, so it looks like her face recedes too quickly. Also, her boobs seem to be facing the viewer completely, while the rest of her body is turned. Her shoes and the skin between her wings seems a tad pillow-shaded. Nice design; I like the way the pink kind of off-sets the browns and such. Great job with the details.
