Wing lines were done that way because he wanted them to have a gradient kinda thing going, and since this is too small to dither I changed the outline. With the outline it looked too solid.

Not sure about what the background will be, but you might need to make the wing lines more consistant.
No I think that was just an error. I felt like something was improportionate but I could never tell what.
