Got rid of a few colors and fixed the shading.
EDIT: Found some stray colors and got rid of them, as well as reduced the color count. Now it's got 18 like TheRobinHood wanted :P
I meant that most of your colors were poorly used so that I only saw 18. But serisouly, try to get rid of some colors :/
I had graphicsgale count the colors, just rechecked and it's right. :P
I don't see 28. I see at most, 18. So way too many colors.
Sprite itself is nice, but shadings need working.
Shines are far too pronounced IMHO :/
It's pillow-shaded and lacks contrast. And 28 colours sounds like quite a lot, it can be easily reduced.
