TYRANUSS: LAST LEVEL BOSS- Evil gang lord.

You have to fight him twice to take him out. One at the end of the game and during the end credits.

 

Cheat Tip: Knock off his shoulder pad and strike his shoulder with everything you got.

PLAYERS NOTE! when doing this, watch out he doesn't get hold of his shoulder pad again. He will charge at you with it, then there is no stopping him.
