Pretty cool, a slight Speedball feeling here. 
The white bkg feels a bit "squarish", might look better if you do something more with it, perhaps round some corners or shrink it?
just like i said on HBgames, you should move the 3rd eye a lil' bit upper. And I dislike the color of the helmet, but thats just subjective opinion.
