Got to love those eyes. Besides that, I have to say something: The coloring style I have seen In ALL Dollish sprites is kind of dorky. I mean, the 93 colour stuff, et cetera. But the drawing itself is very nice. The edge betwee the hair and the... The... Hell, I'm not very good at english, so... The edge between the head and that thing above the eyebrows ^^' Well, it is sort of annoying, too abruply edging. Try reading some tutorials. Besides that, It's awesome ^^

93 colors is a bit rich for pixel-art and you have a few things to learn about anti-aliasing - but the image is quite nice and I like the rather pale colors.

I like the frame, its really nice! The fabric folds are nicely made, the only thing about it would be the edge between the forehead and the hair, its a bit too abrupt. I also think the neck is too long. It makes the head go out of the frame, it bothers me a little.
But the colour of the background is great, and overall, its awesome!
