a hamburger for a head AND dungarees. This doesn't look like a coincidence anymore. 

the AA is absolutely miserable. and the whole wackyness of the lineart just doesnt to make the character more childish, just poorly drawn.

i dont like the shading at all, i think you should remove them and just go with the aa.

Lines are a bit wavy and inconsistant, but still pretty good :)
