I like it a lot, except I think there might be a more subtle way to convey the tears. If you looked at someone crying, even a lot, they wouldn't all glisten quite that much.
The clothing detail is awesome.
How did this not get faved yet, I think that's unfair... So there I faved your piece

The neck is kind of weird and the palette could stand out a bit more... but overall, its pretty nice.
Very expressive for a few pixels in the eyes. The neck looks thicker than it should on the left side of the image, and the tears could be more subtle. But good job overall.
