Nice animation, but you should make it a transparent GIF for a more polished look.

My only complaint is that the animation seems a bit slow... for my tastes, at least lol. Otherwise, very nicely done. I'm diggin' the shot/bullet/smoke. :D

His head rotates, but the hat stays the same throughout.  Fixing that would really liven this up to feel more fluid.

the timing is bad, his cape behind him moves before the shoot.. u should make one frame after the shoot. but  ilove it.. also make his hand move a bit before the gun rolls
