It's 16×16 RPG sprites for NES mockup [the Adventure of AVGN].
It's conversion of CAST of James Rolfe's movie [ The Deader The Better ] into sprite.   ***Caution!! : Linked to the film contains violent and grotesque expressions. ***

It's painted by Color palette that reproduces NES ,following the NES's Color number restrictions.

The referred sprites is [ MOTHER_NES ], [ FINAL FANTASY 3_NES ] and [ Final Fantasy Legend II (SaGa2秘宝伝説)_GB ].
A lot of influences have been received from [ MOTHER_NES ] about the design.
A basic method of 16×16 RPG sprites of NES was learnt from [ FINAL FANTASY 3_NES ].
The method of making the walking animation only from a right and left reversing refers to the sprite of [ Final Fantasy Legend II_GB ].

***These sprites display it with double size.***

Yes!! James is a genious and mad man!!
sprites of 7:35 !!!!?  In the NES RPG, converting it into a sprite is a very innovative attempt.
If such Sheen comes out in my assumption, I want to make it by all means....
