And In my opinion my art is finished  once I have tweaked it until I'm satisfied. 

No art or animation are completely finished.  You simply run out of time ;).  I felt like quoting this quote I heard recently.

Anyway, I really love the detail that been put into this piece.  I really love the mess that the ninja left behind after he cruelty handle the pizza in a crazy way.  The color scheme, green and orange, induce hunger which is a great touch.  Pizza blood and grease everywhere!!!

To be fair to the others, I'm going to vote for one of your piece, which is the recycled-a-burger, which I'm going to comment next :).
