Seen Starwars? Makes me think of Lobot, the bald guy with the headgear... crossed with a Teletubbie (the body). Very icky, but well done!
His eyes are disturbing, his smile is disturbing, his spots are disturb... well, basicaly, he gives me the fear.
Great character!
On the technical side, a few blue pixels are odd, and I find it hard to understand how his earplugs are connected to his head, they seem a litlle off.
