I'm not really seeing the tomic-ness of this piece, sorry. Tomic's works are usually a lot more abstract and utilize a-a much more.
Not too bad for what it is, though :)

I seriously love the view of the piece, but it looks sorta... Incomplete. Perhaps may be next time, work on the whole of the entire piece in full detail. :)
Aside from the speech bubble, I can't see much of Tomic's style in this. Look through his gallery, study his shading style, he has a very distinct way of shading surfaces especially. He uses lots of swirls and curves. And donkeys.
