What you've got thar is banding, or staircases of pixels hugging each other. It INCREASES jaggies :)
lol... was actually contemplating entering it but I think that'd be more letter of the law than spirit of the law when it comes to the rules, considering it doesn't really reflect a complete style... It's more a parody on a single piece. So no, I don't believe I'll be entering it... but April fools on anyone else who thinks it's an April fools entry. 
Well... I tried to fix that jaggyness but idk if I got it right.
I would much appreciate any input if I didn't.
