I love the perspective and shading, but as others have already stated, it looks too much like a Barbie doll that was run over by a lawnmower. The head is also too small, and in my personal opinion, the end of her hair is sort of blocky.

Everyting looks fine to me on this.

When I saw the hair I thought of Alphonse Mucha's style. You should look him up as a reference if you haven't. 

 This is really neat, but I agree with the other commenters that said her stance was off. Different parts of this image work beautifully individually, but together they look odd. Sure, people can bend over backwards while standing, but can they bend over backwards like that while skating? While I do love the perspective on her legs, her left leg is moving away from her at an angle (compared to her spine).

Also, her hair seems to be a solid block that's moving forward/to the side, despite the fact that she's (I assume) moving forward.

All the individual parts look fantastic, though.

I've seen people bend over backwards, while standing, and grab their ankles. You guys need to stretch more.

I feel there's too much emphasis on the legs in this, but I still like it.

Wow I'll be honest when I first saw this I thought it was some praymantis creature wearing womens underwear. Then I looked at the hair, and found the head. All in all, it looks good but that pose is very hard to read. :/

Ouch... gotta hurt q.q

Beside the hurting/impossible/brokendoll pose, the face and the hair around the head look kind of weird. There's also more volume in the hair on the bottom-right part than in the top left which isn't logical at all.
