Wha wha wha. Didn't see this, mainly on account of only getting my computer back for real yesterday, but man this feels great. It ain't that good of a emulation mainly becase it's a lot better: the black gives it real weight and volume, and the colours usage is prolly a lot better than my stuff.  The flowers are really reminscent of Yoshi's Story, which is an even bigger plus. I'm digging the yellow background quite a lot too. Thinking of it, the composition and colour choice (to some extent) are really close to 'Yesterday', so I say it's a go go.

But the killer detail here is listening to Red Barchetta while doing it. Rush on! I feel honoured :)

Man, I was originally going to do Jão and his beautiful avatar except my attempts turned out horribly. Props to you for trying.

It is too clean (you need a REVISION NEEDED BEFORE APPROVAL to complete the picture ), dithering too deliberate, and your lineart could be thinner, but otherwise I think you did well at capturing the spontaneity of his works.

The hand looks off though o_o
