The clouds are very simple, but the rest of this piece is awesome! ;)
The texture is great. I kind of thought of surrealism and Dali when I looked this. Also, I really like the colors you chose(those 2 sky blues are nice)
Bitswitcher's style of composition actually had a fair amount of appeal (which, I believe, is the only reason people were able to overlook the rest of the issues.) To be similar in that regard is certainly no insult.
Think we're all going to think 'bitswitcher' when they see a long canvas with empty space.

Oh ew no XD Satsume is way higher skilled than him :P, he can AA, bitswitcher honestly sucks. I don't know why he made such a big impression on everyone, he sucked and his work was half pixel art and half not. I'd think saying something looks "bitswitcher" would be more of a dis than a compliment.... sorry for sounding hateful or whatnot, I just really don't like him at all...

Nice job on the ground, but the use of the sky color for AA doesn't seem to work, seeing how unfitting and saturated it is. The top right corner of the center box looks like its at an awkward angle too... :P
