This is some kind of practice work. I want to learn to use colors etc. I'm not pretty good, yet.

 Nice color work with the dress, but use a similar approach to give volume to the figure: she looks pretty flat, but an outline and simple shading will help, and don't make the arms so pencil-straight. Hair would benefit from more detail, too.

Overall, a good start. Keep it up! :)
