It's this site's culture... Many people do wonderful things with the preview alone, or the preview+fullsize pair. So the submission rules apply both to the preview and to the full-size picture.
AA is good as it is, but the tentacles are very jaggy. Just noticed that.
Resized previews usually aren't allowed, but in the case of something as awesome as this, I think it's fine.
I dislike the tentacles, they're too jagged and need to flow more smoothly.
Also there is way too much AA all over the place.

Seems you quit on the AA halfway through on the frontmost computer screen.
Beautiful, love the light rays, and even though I don't get why jellyfish are floating in water with computers at the bottom with stereos, I still love it.
EDIT: forgot, resized preview needs to be removed. :P
