Nice little animations, this looks like it could be a really fun game!
Some crits: the run cycle could be better, especially when the right arm retreats. The movement just seems too sudden there. You could also easily ditch two frames, each time the legs pass in front of eachother.
The shotgun needs some recoil, and the slashes on a few of the melee attacks are pure white, which seems to be too strong against everything else. Gray would work just fine, I think.
Also, that's a weird jump animation for short distances. The rotating arm things usually happens on very long jumps, like between buildings. The natural jump animation should come first, and only after some time in the air that animation you made should occur.
