the fish looks like its coming in and out at the same angel, you need to make the head change as well, change the shape and eye position accordingly, that and some of the shading looks a bit off, but the head is done vey well!
I like this.
If you made a game with characters like this as fighters, I would so play it. This is a cool character too!
As for the pixels:
IT looks nice, from what I can see. I like the hair. Not much to critique on I suppose.
I'm surprised it is not a swordfish
