Doesn't read well I'm afraid: she looks clinging for dear life, because you can't help feeling gravity pulling her 'down'.
The hair might be most to blame, as well as the choice of 'angle'.
Might work better rotated 45° to the right (not so easy in pixels, I know) and with free flowing hair (out of character, I know).
Nice job though!
What with the white dithering on her mouth? Moisture?
How about a continually rotating moonlet? 
I was originally going to make this to use as an avatar, but I don't think I like it enough to replace the one I have. Ah well.
