That detail on the ponytail was actually the last thing I did. I kept staring at it thinking "something is still off..." when it occurred to me. It's details like that that really make an animation stand out, I think. :)

I'm still a bit worried about the whole thing being too subtle and most people missing it entirely. :(

Hahaha, very clever, and the fire/smoke billowing out is really well done.  Though my favorite thing, and this is the thing I actually glanced over and stared at your avatar to watch (thus leading me to discover the dragon part) was the ponytail thing on the helmet swaying after the head turns.
