This one was improved with help from a lot people with good suggestions and hints. Thanks to all at pixelation for their input ! I had further plans with this one, but i do not see them happening for quite some time so i submit this version for now. Maybe life is kind enough to give me a chance to come back to it.

nice pixels, only thing I would work on is adding some life to the face, currently looks like a painted statue.

i think the beard looks very noisy, so do some parts of the skin, mainly because of the dithering, with like 20 skin tones its not rly needed anyway
