Weekly Challenge: Look Behind You!
Probably the most dynamic piece submitted to the challenge so far. I'd be rooting for you, if you weren't my greatest competition :p
Aww, what the heck. I'll probably end up casting a vote for you anyway, because it deserves it. Definitely check out that tutorial on banding though. Some of that stuff could be cleaned up a little. (Although that article is pretty draconian in its definition of banding. You don't have to adhere quite as closely as THAT.)

It's got sort of a Santa's-Little-Helper-meets-Pet-Sematery vibe... very nice!

Some nitpicks: the 2 heads on the right don't look really attached to the neck(s); top right guy should get less green light since he is (looks like) further back, and shaded by top left guy. Might also help with composition to un-green him: right now there are 4 main corners to your square, which are all of rather similar values / colors / weight.

Oh my goodness. I had just noticed the name as the same name was spoken on the TV as I read. WOW! This ooks great but the lower head is a bit off.
