The body and the eyes could be smaller .It would be nice if you make a background like the flowers in spongebob.Nice try ^^
I knew who it was. But I agree that you shoudl try and resize parts of his body. Especially his head shape.
Nice try though. Just work on the shapes a little more and you should have it down.
I love the character, but you got the anatomy all wrong. Eyes are a bit too large, as are the hands and stomach. Try and resize correctly, and put in his whole body too. Also adjust the shirt neck and keep going and make the other Bikini Bottom characters too!
