I like it, good use of colour, I think the cel shading works well!!

Now as for the streetfighter style, I can't help thinking beat em'up and a tennis player in a fighting game would be so funny (A bit rival schools pehaps.) launching balls into the opponents groin or whacking a racket around thier head!!

I can imagine the special moves, sonic service, rocket racket punch, and atomic ace!!
