I like how you made it classic rather than modern. It definitely looks like the original comic. nicely done

Your version looks better indeed, but I want to give back exactly the same colors that my shirt has. I will shoot a photo of that art in the evening to see how it looks like.

The choose of a comic book style is excellent considering the palette we had.

The character looks is very well done. Not sure the background color and texture fits the rest.

Then you could have improved your text like in this edit for example.

It wasn't cropped. I started drawing the pic with the head and always stayed beetwen the exact 100x200px resolution.

Seems nice, but it also seems like it may have been traced.  Please add some refs to verify the validity of the piece. It looks good, though, but the cropping of the letters seems, well, different. 

Why is it cropped so stangely?
