I decided to capitalize on my recent move to NYC, by creating some NY characters out of my friends from the south. The idea is my friends would look like if they grew up in the NY slums. I hope to expand this into a running comic, one day when I have more time.

The overall texture of the piece makes everything look very soft, due to the amount of random dithering, put into it. Due to this form of random dithering, it's suffering from being a precise form of pixel art. If the excuse used is something along the lines of "that's my style" or "not everything has to be clean", that's fine. The only problem is, great pixel art is notoriously known for being precise in pixel placement, and color conservation. So by that thought, I think this can be cleaned up majorly. If need be, you can submit in the forums for additional help in possibly cleaning this up a bit....
