i think the timig of how he draws the sword and puts it back is to linear... i mean it should be more curved... like accelerating first and than slow down,ya know what i mean?...

Which version of Photoshop do you use? There should be an option for changing the loop settings. In CS4 it's in the bottom-left corner of the animation window. You can also try a different animation program; Jasc Animation Shop is my favourite (it's free).

Yeh, noticed that, I'm not sure how to fix that though. Using Photoshop for it, the only thing I can think off is adding multiple frames..
