looking quite nice... rly funny... but it lacks a lot of pixelart skillz..... the lines are very jaggy, u got a lot of banding going on, and dithering is just used for the sake of it.... (look up some tutorials on theses, especially the first two.....)

btw, preview has to be pixelart aswell... probably u didnt do the font urself.... also when upscaling, use the 'nearest neighbour' algorythm.... if ur using photoshop just press ctrl+k and set 'interpolation' to nearest neighbour... that way u can even free transform stuff without any bluring!!!!
