RSAR for short (are • zar) I got the idea from the Halo 1 needler, but mostly the shape and colors.  There is also a very old version of the needler (this is what my hacking friend told me) that looks a lot like this that was never used, atleast the shape.  I was thinking of calling it the Plasma Spear Accelerator Ray, but I went with RSAR.

It just has a quick little animation at the top left.

  --- Later note: The first time I submitted this, it was almost immediately not accepted, but I submitted it again (without changes what-so-ever :/) and it was litterally immediately accepted (like 45 seconds later).  I just wanted to mention this.
