I look at the icon and think that this is just another one of those attempts at converting famous things into pixel art. I click on it and see the "funniest pixel art" EVER! Great work!

The wheels look more oscillating than rotating (but yeah, 4 frames). Maybe make them shake as well?
Non je ne savais pas comment traduire roulant (appliqué à une voiture) j'ai obté pour run, mais peut-être existe-t-il une meilleure traduction (je suis preneur =P).

Looks really great, but it kinda reminds me of the cars you can find in the Habbo Hotel. The details look entirely different but the look in general is pretty similar.
