I truly admire your tenacity and seemingly strong desire to pixel. I hope you don't give up. You are however stuck in far too simplistic a drawing style still.
Here you have outlined in black and simply thrown some color on without any sense of lighting or texturing or anything. C'mon those wheels are 1px thin o.O
Take your time with pieces and use the forum for feedback. I cannot strongly suggest that you take time to study the art of those you admire by zooming in and 'seeing' them.
I don't mean a simplistic or cartoony style, these types of PA can be as good as any other style. I'm talking using pixelart techniques.
I'm sure it will break your heart since this is your first iso piece but at least I can't add it to the challenge this week (leaving in the queue for other Mod and community input). Its simply not up to general pixelling quality and the reason is because you stopped in the first stages of the piece. With some loving work this would be good and you simply must try...

But not solid and 100% white, ya noes?
