 Oh my gosh it's Chaisu what's up Chaisu. 

 Really nice. Something about his face isn't 100% right - maybe his eyes or mouth? He looks a little bit feminine, at any rate. The hair is really great though, hard to believe it's four colors.

Awesome, especially for a 4-colour-piece.

 Pretty cool. I would add dithering on the neck. :) Other than that, it looks nearly like a photograph, believe me.
