i think ur stuff has potential but u rly need to work on ur pixel art techniques ..... take a look at this, this, this and/or this .... especially look for how to avoid 'jaggies' ...
btw.... u have 233 colors! dont save ur image as jpeg or else, png ogif is the way to go
