The neck pixels are too dark to be those, a lighter shade will help show this, maybe if they are more joined also.
The jacket/armor still should be in the curve of the body more than it is.
--Looking forward to your touching up work on this! :D
2 thinks
1 the pixels in the neck are the sternocleidomastoideus but i erase the pixels so sorry i dont see that
2 the chest are a kind of jacket so that abs not are his abs is from that jacket/armor

Pretty cool, looking good so far.
The hands both have their problems though, His right hand looks like he's holding the knife but that it is floating. I just realised its a thigh guard! Darken it a little, too much shine makes it look higher up and further forward like his hand. The actual hand size and its glove looks good though.
His left hand I thought from far away had a claw, but now see it's more like a gun, if it's a gun, then show at least one other finger so it's easy to orientate the hand in our heads, the finger you have shown should be his thumb, and we should see some more of it, as it attaches to the hand, looks like it starts at his wrist atm.
His abs/stomach muscles are way too straight, curve them with his body shape a little more, they look like they were drawn with a ruler, and lose his general good sense of shape.
The outline of his shoulder pads should be darker, particularly at the areas of dark tones on them, its not needed at the far left of the image (right hand side of his right shoulder pad).
The shading on his left foot (back foot), the darkest brown tone is too straight, it should curve a little with the shape of his foot, makes it look flat with it so rigit.
His left lower arm, bulges out hugely, gets too far out where the skin of his arm meets his lower arm guard/glove (if its a glove it is too long, but its still to bulging), either compensate making his lower arm smaller or the upper arm and elbow wider out to match.
The colors, the blue of his top is too saturated (colorful), and his trousers maybe are too. I can't liken then to any common material offhand because of the color so they look a bit off. Make them more blue than cyan.
Love the angle of his right foot.
His hair that falls over the mask is lost, put a little shadow under it to make it more badass. The mask shadows the hair wrongly too atm, should be some shadow under the band that attaches it to his head, and the shadow should be the outline at the bottom right of his hair, or else darken the outline to darker than that shade.
His belt has a stray brown pixel on it which looks like a mistake, as does his left pec, and his neck has three stray looking dark brown pixels randomly, if they are suppsed to represent something, a less saturated tone and one closer to the skins color might work better, too much contrast atm.
His left foot (back leg), the shin guard on it looks wrong, if it's like the other one, it would continue around to cover more of the front of his shin, looks like its a slither on the side, it's the darkest grey shadow color that does that, too, lighten it up. It should go down closer to his foot also, and angle to the right of the image more.
You didn't indicate if it was a WIP or finished, but I think with even some of these suggestions you could improve drastically the quality of your work, which is already really cool.
This one is good. I like the stance of the character.
