The arms are nice, I think they're fine, but yeah, totally looks like he's dancing.
i just want to make it clear he isnt geting his leg up up because it one of this games like zelda so it up look.
Not a walking for sure. There are few problems in the animation, one of them is that it is not normal to step that wide from central line (just try to walk like that). Other is sliding feet, like ThereIsNoCure said.
which is probably because he's sliding his feet along the ground rather than picking his legs up
I'm no expert on animation or anatomy, but it looks like he is ice-skating.
