 I like this allot, however I think there could be a bit of contrast between the flower and the clothes. At the moment its quite hard to distinguish between the two.

You've overlooked some places when you where making the whute transparant

Very nice and simple style. The only thing I would say that you could easily improve is having the anti-aliasing more consistent. It appears to be the wrong way round in some areas (darker colours against lighter ones instead of intermediates) and absent in others.
