Basically; some chick is passing by and he's "shooting" her as a sign that he's checking her out. And she responds appropriately, resulting in the heart breaking.

... Yeah, after watching it a bit I even thought it looked like air guitar.

The movement seems a bit slow, just judging by the heart cuz I dunno what he's doing..air guitar?
