This is really nice. I think it should have placed.

Yeah,i felt it was a bit too sharp.But i wanted to keep it to eight colours for some reason.

@Photo,lol,i think a break from pixel art has given me a boost.

With the sole exception of the lacking AA on the horizon's red line, which stands out too much for my liking, this is one excellent piece. From colors to layout to concept, its got it all. It looks like a contender for the week even without animation. I wouldn't be surprised if it places*.
