By mixing your ramps I mean create transitions between your various shades to balance the whole stuff. Your palette has a lot of useless colors and clearly differenciate each ramp. My palette remove these extra-colors and create transitions between the different tones.
By weird shadow I mean this shadow doesn't exactly follow the natural shape of the face.
Also, you should try to clean your aa and avoid banding

Your colors are nice but that would have been more interesting to mix your ramps.
The shpa eof the blach shadow looks kinda weird, it doesn't correspond to the face volumes.
