FIXED* changed the weird drunk background . i kind like it in that way.. but since i will have no time this week... probaly i'll only have time to update out of the challange date... hope i could improve it! thanks for the tips so far; by the way, cool challange.

C'mon, this is pretty much the same thing as before, except without the background patterns and a few touchups (+ bird). I advise you to really pay attention to each pixel and each colour.

Honestly, please don't be that guy who submits sloppy colour reductions. You do have until the start of next week.
