bg is very half assed and the unicorn/ party-hat thing is kinda random

also i think ive seen that skull before, like in the forum or stuff , some time ago... i always  thought  challenge entries should be done within the actual challenge's week only...

on the danger of coming across as notorious objection raiser: i'd personally like to see a wip for the skull! cause for me this looks reduxish
