@Okami Joe: I think the socks and hair is more a stylistic choice and I hope to keep my colour count low as possible for now, but thanks!(^^)
That's nice. Her forearm looks a little short and heavy, but the work on her face is great.

She reminds me of Enma Ai (Jigoku Shoujo).
Try to add some shading to her hair and socks, those parts look very flat.
