Yeah, her left hand is totally lost in the pink. Agree with both comments. The wiggly shading on her skirt doesn't match the form, either. :<

Agree with Ambient. Also, anatomy issue with legs: the visible thigh is too short.

You shading on her legs should be redone, as well as her left arm. Shoes are weird, what is in her hand is pillow shaded (bad). Her right hand is quite odd when you look closely. AA should be redone, you pillowed with it. There are some tutorials for these things roaming the forums.
