That's nice; I like the colors very much, but the animation is a little on the boisterous side.

The big one bg was much more convincing though. I don't know why but it didn't look as static as this one.

Definitly don't look like an under-water motion, maybe because it's too fast, maybe because the tentacles don't move enough.

I was honneslty much more amazed by the big-massive-crazy animation

edit : actually i think the bg kinda ruins your piece. Why not make it transparent, since it's an animation study ?

I'm not too sure about the dark patch at the bottom of the moving shadow. In fact, realism would have the darkest shade just beneath the head.

I prefer this one... Tha big jellyfish has an impressive detail level, but this one has a more smooth animation...

My only qualm are the tentacles: they seem pulled by gravity instead of moving water in order to create movement...
