That makes sense I guess, but it still doesn't explain why the apple is so jagged. I see what you're going for with the random dither now, but I think it could be executed a bit better. I also don't understand why the label is aged but the syringe  itself looks fresh and new.

 because the label its old and the paper is mm rusty?  (sorry for my english)

I don't understand why this otherwise nice piece has a messy brown label and a jagged apple drawn on it. the rest is so clean and pixelled with care, the apple and the brown bit just look sloppy.

The apple just doesn't work. Try seeing what it looks like without the apple. should help a bit.

dither doesnt rly work for me... the apple (?) looks horrible compared to the rest so does the water/liquid/ poison
