It almost seems as though he's twitching.

Ixayou: Thanks for pointing that out, I changed the positions of his legs in a few frames and his back too to help make it look like he's moving forward more in the run. Hopefully that did the trick.

The feet animation makes it look like he is walkng backwards. But i liked the rest :)

I like the Character - the animation seems a bit strange though. his right foot especialy doesn't realy flow well. it doesn't seem as if his feet are realy moving over ground.
