Aww, I like her cute chubby legs. I think you should give yourself a challenge and double the frames, make it super-smooth. It could be doubly cute.
There's some stray pixels around her hair. Also, her legs are abnormally fat. 
I'll going to draw a set of icons, and finish as the cursor.
Then, I'll try to increase the number of frames.... if I have capacity.
まずはひと通りのアイコンを描き上げて「カーソル」としてちゃんと完成させるつもりでいます。
